If you head out to the enclosed back porch or even the large back deck you will be able to grasp the picturesque view of the woodlands as well as the lake. Feel free to enjoy your favorite cup of joe or feast of a meal with loved ones all out in the airy breeze of the Northwoods.

Speaking of food, when you want to cook up your meals, rest assured that our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you may need! Whip up some scrambled eggs on our shiny clean stove and head out to the swing we've got on the back porch. There are many places to choose with seating and comfort made convenient for all six guests in the group to lounge enjoyably.

Sleeping arrangements at Wild Goose- Drake: Sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Two bedrooms have queen size beds. One bedroom has two twin beds. Full sized bath. Plenty of off-street parking.

Unique Features

Our back porch offers a secluded screened in area with breakfast nook and a plush swing. When you arrive outdoors we've got two kayaks, a canoe, a shared firepit and a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal). Sharing a meal with loved ones all in the beautiful serenity of the Northwoods is truly hard to top when it comes to choosing a vacation spot!

No doubt this will be the place to build memories, Mercer even offers things outdoors for those not interested in fishing so do not fret! We've got 377,900 acres of forest land, sand beaches, cool forests, sun-filled days and brisk nights. From boating, swimming, hiking, cycling, water skiing, nature study, hunting, ice fishing, archery, golfing, and loon watching!
