On the lower level, you can enjoy walk-out access to our sweeping grass lawn, a fire pit, 125 feet of sand beach frontage, and a private boat dock on Duck Lake.
Sleeping arrangements: three guest rooms at the Lake Home are furnished with a queen bed in the master, a second queen in the downstairs suite, and two twin beds. There is also a queen futon and a full sleeper sofa in the lower level TV lounge and game room.
If you’re traveling in a larger group, this 10-person Lake Home in Eagle River shares our scenic lot with one other property: the Log Home. These cottages can be rented separately or together, to accommodate a total of 17 people right on the lakefront. The shared outdoor space includes the use of our 64-foot boat dock, water sports equipment (a rowboat, a paddle board, a canoe, and a few life jackets), sun chairs and a collection of children’s beach toys. There is a fire pit for each home. The garage is accessible only to groups staying in the Lake Home.
Our Lake Home offers excellent fishing from the shore and dock, as well as boat access to the full Eagle River Chain of Lakes. Set out from our quiet spot on Duck Lake, and explore miles of scenic waterways in the beautiful Wisconsin Northwoods.

This is a beautiful vacation rental very accurately described. Both houses are very nice, the beach and waterfront are excellent and the property manager was wonderful to deal with. Can't recommend it highly enough!
Location is phenomenal!
Beautiful place with a great sandy beach. Great place down by the lake for a fire at night. More than enough room for the 8 of us.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beautiful property!
The houses were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen very well stocked with cookware for just about anything you'd want to make. The host was helpful and very prompt with communication. Plenty of space and sleeping areas. Good perch fishing right there on the property lakefront on the chain of lakes. Very accommodating for our multi-generational group!

I am Andrew Motowski, and I purchased this vacation home in 2012. After spending 18 years in the Eagle River area, my family found our dream cabin location on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes — the perfect escape from daily life in Green Bay, WI. We love sharing this special getaway with other families and helping you make lasting memories of your own in the Northwoods, fishing, swimming, and enjoying the outdoors with friends.
