I can never express my appreciation and gratitude for all you did when my husband went into cardiac arrest and for saving us a spot the following year. We were all a little nervous making the trip back to the Dells this year but everything turned out good and we were able to replace the bad memories from last year with good ones from this year. The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and reminded us a great deal of the property we stayed in back in 2006 when we came for our honeymoon. I don't remember the name of that property but it was another one of Sand County's rentals. Over the years we have used your business and been pleased every time.
Courteous helpful staff that always answered my questions about not only the properties available, but the area and activities available.
We are 3 generations of family including teenagers and young adults. Bluff View house suited our family perfectly! The pool table provided hours of entertainment for all. Outdoors, we played volleyball, used the fire pit and walked the roads.
Kind, helpful, goes above and beyond to answer your questions and help when you have problems they get them resolved quickly.
It was wonderful. This is the fourth time for our group of 12 woman staying at the same log home. We tried a few others but always came back to this one. We book every year for a girls weekend. Eat, Drink, and Shop! There are enough bedrooms and of course bathrooms for all of us. Already have it booked for next year.
