Buck's Cabin is just a short walk from Coon Creek, a category 2 trout fishing stream. There's a beautiful view down the Coon Valley from the private porch. Built on our farm, you can enjoy the serenity and beauty of the countryside without distraction. Deer wander past this cabin in the evening on the way to the creek. Eagles are seen along the creek. There are muskrat in the stream banks. This small cabin is popular with couples looking for a quiet get-away! Come and relax!
Looking for reservations for spring and summer? Darin and I will be away from Quiet Valley Cabins until mid-May, but our daughter-in-law Ashley has graciously offered to take care of Buck's Cabin.

Buck's Cabin has a small yard all its own, with a fire pit (wood is supplied free of charge!), charcoal grill, and private porch. Inside you will find a queen bed, table and lounge chairs, furnished kitchenette, and bath complete with shower. We specialize in clean, affordable vacation lodging. No smoking inside at any time, please.

A half mile of Coon Creek flows through this farm property that offers plenty of privacy for great fishing! Fishing at your leisure. Hunting. Bicycling in the Coulee Region (La Crosse River State Trail, and Great River State Trail). Golfing nearby. Canoeing. You won't be bored with the scenery. Relax with your family and friends and enjoy the beauty of nature. A few miles from Coon Valley.
Horseback riding at Redrock Trails in Sparta, WI. For ski trails, there are several parks in the area - Wildcat Mountain State Park in Ontario, WI, also the Coulee Experimental State Forest north of Coon Valley on Hwy 162. There are other smaller parks too.

Quiet Valley Cabins LLC is located on our family farm in scenic Coon Valley, WI. Our cabins are a perfect place to relax and reconnect, whether as couples, friends, or larger families. With outdoor fire pits for each cabin, and covered porches with scenic views on our two smaller cabins, we encourage outdoor relaxation. And if you are blessed with a clear night, the stars are incredible!
Located in the ridge and valley region of scenic southwest Wisconsin, we enjoy the feeling of being remote, yet close to many conveniences.
