3. Ignoring the maximum property guest count for your stay
4. Having a party (unless approved through Host)
5. Having illegal substances or underage drinking
Matt was our host and was extremely warm and inviting right from the beginning. He was a great communicator and answered my questions immediately. The house was great and as advertised, for a golf weekend with friends, the basement game room was a huge hit! There were 10 in our group and to a man, they all said they would stay there again. This is a spacious home in a beautiful setting in the woods. It is peaceful and quiet, but only a short drive to the Dells, and all they have to offer. We were there four nights with our daughter, son in law, and four grandsons. The grandsons loved the game area in the basement, so they stayed in the bedrooms down there. Their parents stayed in the upstairs bedroom, and we stayed in the master on the main floor. We spent lots of time in the TV room, or gathered around the large dining room table, then retired to our own floors for the night. Robert

Matt’s place is perfect for a private getaway with friends. Close to the dells with plenty to do, but also plenty of fun can be had at the property itself. Would definitely recommend visiting the dells and staying at this location. Michael

We stayed here for my bachelor party and it had everything we wanted for a great price. We didn’t need to contact Matt during our stay, but he was easy to communicate with leading up to the stay. The dining room table was just big enough for our group of 8 to play some games and eat our meals, and the basement area was a great place to hang out. I would definitely recommend staying here for the price, and I would consider staying here again. Overall we had a very positive experience! Klye
Great size house for a big family. Loved that we could bring our dogs. Plenty of things to do inside for the kids. Nice property to go for a walk. Close to downtown Dells and Ski resort. Everyone felt the beds/bedding was comfortable. We didn't need any communication with Matt but he still made sure to reach out and say he was available and also gave ideas on things to do nearby which was nice. Rachel
Normally when booking an air bnb, you don’t always get what you pay for. But i am here to tell you, this place was spot on, and AMAZING! The host is quick to response, the place was spotless, so so so beautiful, the list can go on. I highly recommend this place for you and your family. Comfortable beds, convenient spacing throughout the entire house. If you’re skeptical about booking this house, don’t be!! I will be booking with Matt again, that is for sure! Tristian
