This spacious 2,400 sq ft cedar chalet comfortably hosts up to 14 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open-concept design features vaulted pine ceilings and a wrap-around deck offering panoramic lake views.
The main floor includes three bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dining area, an electric fireplace, and a three-season room with a queen-size futon. The upper loft features a spacious master suite with a king bed, an executive bathroom, and a small bedroom with bunk beds. There's ample parking for six vehicles at the private easement near the dock, and the included pontoon makes island access convenient.
Haven Island is child-friendly, and dogs are welcome. The property is located near the Tuscobia State Trail, offering 74 miles of ATV trails through the woods. Golf courses, restaurants, and bars are also nearby.

Your stay includes a 2023 21' Sylvan Mirage 8520 Party Fish Pontoon, kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboat, providing ample opportunities to explore the lake. Several docks around the island are perfect for fishing or relaxing. The outdoor pavilion is ideal for dining or playing games, and the fire pit is great for evening gatherings. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
