Welcome to Mermaid Bay Getaway, a three-bedroom retreat on Little Lake Wissota in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. This updated lower-level unit offers a full kitchen, living room, exercise room, and patio, with exclusive access to the dock and backyard.
For water activities, guests can use the available kayaks, paddleboard, and lilypad float. A nearby boat launch and on-site dock accommodate your boating needs. Additionally, boat captaining services are offered for tours, pub visits, or tubing at an extra cost.
The private entrance ensures your privacy, and while the upper level is typically unoccupied during guest stays, two friendly cats reside there. Guests with severe allergies should consider this. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis; please inquire.
For boaters, note that accessing Big Lake Wissota requires passing under the County Highway X bridge, which has low clearance. Many pontoons may not fit, but most other boats can. Boat landings are available on both sides of the lake.

The property has such a beautiful view of the small lake and the house was spotlessly clean. There is lovely attention to detail in the decorating and the accommodations were very comfortable. It’s also close to Chippewa Falls downtown and Lake Hallie. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Ruth Benedett
