Oak Lane Lake House is located just beside the lake, so you can sunbathe on sandy beaches whenever you want or head out towards the water to go fishing - or to simply enjoy the beautiful views!
Enjoy the sleek and convenient kitchen that includes a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Whether your idea of an excellent meal is ramen heated up in the microwave or a multi-course meal that you’ve prepared yourself, you should be good to go! Then, go relax in the living area and watch a movie on the TV, while sprawled out on our comfortable seating. The architecture in the living area is particularly stunning, with the ceiling tipping into a triangular point that encases multiple sets of windows which look out onto the natural beauty of the area.
This vacation home sleeps 16 people. There are two king beds, two fulls, two twins, three sleeper sofas, and two bunk beds. There are also three bathrooms. This vacation home may be big enough to fit the whole family, and we allow dogs, so you won’t have to leave your furry friends behind, either.
Unique Features
This vacation home does not stop at outdoor amenities. Visitors also have access to kayaks that will allow them to paddle around the lake and go exploring. Head out for a lazy afternoon on the lake, wobble into this kind of boat for the first time, or race family members across the water and see who is the fastest! Kayaks are a great way to get out and go exploring in the water without getting your feet wet.
Things To Do
Visitors to Eagle River will not be disappointed with the many attractions in which they can participate during their visit. Whether you are someone who likes to spend time alone in the wilderness or you prefer to experience the more culture-specific elements of the area, we have several different suggestions for you!
First, if you’re here in the winter, you’ll want to check out the ice castle that is erected annually to celebrate the winter. Kids who are fans of Elsa may especially be interested in this castle, but it has been around since long before the emergence of the popular Disney film; the tradition started in 1933!
Other opportunities in the area include hiking and biking (we recommend the Nicolet National Forest) as well as camping on Hidden Lakes Trail. There is also golfing, hockey, hunting, and more! When you’re ready to get a bite to eat, head to The Craftsman American Tavern for some delicious Mahi-Mahi and more. Or, go to Roots for a delicious smoothie prior to hitting the road on a bike. Regardless of what you decide to do while you’re visiting us, you can ensure that you will be entertained and well fed the entire time.
