Picture this: A cheery, light blue vacation home under a bright blue Wisconsin sky, right beside a dock that leads out over the cheery, shimmering blue waters. Anyone who is tired from a long work week should consider booking a stay here to rejuvenate and enjoy the world around them once more. Whether you come and stay with us in the summer, winter, or some time in between, we will do our best to ensure your comfort during your stay.
Vacationers will enjoy a living room replete with cool colors, black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. In the kitchen area, enjoy the refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and - we hope - more than enough counter space to meet any of your cooking needs. Some basic amenities also include central air, Internet, and cable TV. If you want to spend some time inside rather than racing about going on adventures during the day, you can take advantage of the air hockey table and darts. Alternately, sit in front of the fireplace with loved ones and just relax and catch up; you can borrow some of our books if you forgot your own.
The cottage has one king-sized bed, one queen, one full, and one bunk bed (twin over full), in addition to a sleeper sofa. There are also three bathrooms, making the vacation home the perfect size for a family vacation.
Looking forward to enjoying vacation but can’t find a sitter for your furry friend? Or, simply don’t want to leave your beloved pet behind? This vacation home is dog-friendly. So, whether you have a small, fluffy lap dog or a large and loveable mutt (or some combination of the two), allow them to join in the fun of going on vacation with you!
Visitors to Wisconsin will find that they are able to enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities. Whether you are into hunting, hiking, or something else, there is a good chance that you will be able to enjoy your hobby when you are with us. Because of our location, we are also a great space for both warm and cold weather sports, depending on the time of year.
Wildlife in Wisconsin abound, and those who are into hunting will find many natural locations in which to do so. There is also a shooting range off of US Highway 45. Animals include bear, deer, turkey, grouse, duck, and more. If fast-paced adventures are a little more your speed than sitting in a deer stand, enjoy any or all of our off-highway motorway trails; just make sure your permit is in order, first! Alternatively, just go for a leisurely hike on one of our many trails, from the dog-friendly Muskrat Creek Trail to the dog and horse-friendly Torch Lake Trails.
Finally, don’t forget to stop by some of our great food and indoor rec opportunities, as well! Head to The Alley Lanes and Tavern for bowling, pizza, and more. Or, head to Toad in the Hole for a changing menu with eclectic international flair!
