Parfrey’s Glen is an increasing popular inner gorge that rewards us with views of bubbling creek, a small waterfall and great nature views. A lesser known gorge is the beautiful Pewitt’s Nest which is a great companion to Parfrey’s Glen. This gorge has waterfalls and great views too but slightly less smaller but a must see nonetheless. In addition to Lake Wisconsin being steps from your cabin; Lodi has a city pool called the Goeres Pool, plus plenty of parks and even the Ice Age Trail; a 1,000 mile trail perfect for all types of recreation. Another popular attraction is the Merrimac Ferry. This ferry is free and takes your car and company across Lake Wisconsin to get to the other side. You won’t find that in too many towns, especially in Wisconsin.
