For over 45 years, the Crandon International Off-Road Raceway has been home to short course off-road truck and buddy racing. The Raceway hosts two annual races of 4x4, dune buggy, and truck drivers and draws international crowds of nearly 90,000. The permanent facility now encompasses 400-plus wooded acres. Crandon is also home to the Forest County Potawatomi Cultural Center, Library and Museum. The public is invited to learn about the culture and traditions of the Potawatomi Indian Tribe with permanent exhibits containing significant contemporary photographs, audio/videos, books, treaties, and other materials.
