Our waterfront Chippewa Flowage Lake House is a traditional cabin-style vacation home offering accommodations for eight guests — plus dogs — on a large private lot with a boat dock. This three-bedroom, two-bath home is close to great fishing and has a fish-cleaning house.
This beautiful lake home in Couderay, Wisconsin, is settled on over an acre of private, level and grassy land leading up to the waterfront. The boat dock reaches out into a large, calm bay of Chief Lake on the Chippewa Flowage. A fire pit and grill are set up in the shade of the trees.
Inside, the Chippewa Flowage Lake House features an open floor plan with huge picture windows stretching across the lake-facing side. The great room has a cozy fireplace and a flat-screen TV. An eat-in kitchen and a dining area in the four-season porch have seating for 10.
Sleeping arrangements: All three guest bedrooms at Chippewa Flowage Lake House are located on a single story, One room has a king bed as the other two have queen beds. There is also a sofa bed in the common room. Two full baths one with a standing shower and a one combination shower and tub.
This Northwoods getaway has a stunning lake view and covered parking for boats and trailers. The lawn is wide and level, perfect for yard games and bonfires on warm nights. You’ll also have boat storage right on the lake!
With its private pier, the Chippewa Flowage Lake House has direct access to Chief Lake and the entire 15,300-acre Chippewa Flowage, known for premier fishing of musky, walleye, northern pike, panfish and bass. There is a launch nearby at Pat’s Landing where you can put boats in the water. Pat’s Landing also rents boats and water rec equipment.
There are several resorts close to the Lake House along the more than 1,900-mile Chippewa Flowage shoreline where you can fuel up, or grab dinner, cocktails or bait. In the winter, this Northwoods cabin rental is close to Snowmobile trails leading right off across the lake.
